So it would be OK to bring non-NPIP birds to Poops? We're not tested yet....we're thinking about it...but want to get more infrastructure in before. I'm not even sure how much it costs...or how much of a pain it would be. I like to buy at sales/ swaps etc from just anyone if the birds are...
