Sort of... same group of eggs but my little sister cracked the little eggs that I was gonna take photos of and one other egg as well. We started with 22 eggs, we now have 11. Plus, my hen outgrew the "small egg stage". Her eggs are still small but not as small as the others. Since her other eggs...
I don't know why but my father wants to poke holes in the chicks air sac before they hatch and I don't know if that is such a good idea. They are due today and he thinks that they will have a better chance of hatching if we puncture their air sacs! Is this normal or not! I need answers, quick!
Thanks guys. I don't think he has any issues, he acts normal, his poop is not liquid, it's brown and white like all the other chickens. He also has two females just like him but much smaller and they also stop growing at 2.5 months old and they are all EE bantams.
He is a shy little guy. He is very small as well. The other rooster his age is twice his size. I think he may be a bantam. He is 4 1/2 months old but he stopped growing at 2 months. He is even smaller than my newhampshire chicks that are 2 1/2 months old!
Actually he is very healthy! He is a very odd looking chicken though. Some of his feathers stick out and he usually has an upward stance, and he will also pull his head in when he stands. Thanks though!
Well I'm sorry but that is not the case. I don't own quail eggs so I'll use a quarter. I will probably get some photos on by tonight. I just thought it would be to better scale if I used a quail egg but you are right. I should just get to the point and use a quarter.
