Yes..I cleaned everything the other day. I haven't seen any actual worms. I will clean again when done dosing. I'm dosing for 5 days in 1 gallon everyday..and it's only source of water. Hope it is effective enough.

I got the med from a farm animal vet who also has chickens..and gave me syringes of liquid and said to put in gallon of water. Will give them some plain yogurt tho.

Had a fecal sample done on flock..indicated roundworms. Started Panacur in water this morning from the vet. They've had some diarrhea last few days..should I give them some plain yogurt? Would it help? Or does it just needs run its course? No other symptoms. Eating and drinking well. Thanks!

My question is litter for non-covered outside pen? Is this okay to do deep litter method? Are shavings the best?

Newbie with chicken raising question about bedding. I have our chicken coops inside a pen enclosure that is 16'x16'. It is open but covered with chicken wire on sides and netting on top..also has tin panels that run all the way around bottom..and also has a hotwire for extra security on...

New to BYC and raising chickens! Loving it all!

Is production red the same as a Rhode Island Red?

I ordered brown egg layer assorted

I just started raising my first chickens..so excited! They are about 6 weeks old. Just wondering what breeds you think the brown and whites are? Some have alot more brown. I'm thinking ISA Brown or Golden Comet? Received from Hoover's Hatchery.
