I have a peacock that doesn't sound right when breathing. His breathing sound is very raspy, almost like he's gargling. He sometimes walks around the yard with his mouth slightly open. He eat well and grazes with the hens in the field. Ones of his hens started the gargling sounds the other day...

What I've done in the past for crocked toes is. Take a piece of clear tape, I tape the bottom of the toes (with the toes fixed natural) put another piece over the top. Trim the tape so it looks like a duck web foot. It will fall off in about a week with straighten toes. Always works for me here...

My two pea fowl were given to me as eggs last year late June. They hatched in July, so they are just under 10 months (they free ranged) In the pen they came from they had blues and the light tan lioke the one pictured. My best guest for the dark colored one is a female blue (if I'm wrong let me...
