It wouldn't surprise me if it's a rat. They were the last thing I thought of, but my father in law who has over 70 years on a chicken farm says rats can do some major damage!

That's terrible! I have never heard of that before! Hope it gets better!

That's a hard one. I have done both. It seems to me that the weaker ones have a harder time in cold weather, and really hot weather too. It's always worth trying though!

I would let them eat it! They would probably love that! But, I would agree...call TSC and at least let them know about it!

I have been raising broilers for over 5 years. It sounds like they needed medicated for Air Sac. This spreads fast, and these birds are very sensitive to heat, cold, too much wind...and so on. Im so sorry you are battling this.
