You're right I may have been a little out of line. Tony I have only spoken to you a few times and know I am still only 16 and don't have a lot of experience, but I do try and respect everyone's opinions.

I would give it a shot. I know some people ***cough cough tony cough cough*** disagree with breeding mutts but what it boils down to is, if you keep them only for your personal enjoyment, and don't sell as pure breds, there is nothing wrong with that. Animals are animals and God put them on...

My doves are cooing, bobwhites are "bobwhit-ing".... and the other day my red golden pheasant starting screeching and displaying for his female counterpart, the Lady Amherst. (I know that...

    Young Silkie Pullet gone Broody

I can try. She is very stubborn. I'm just nervous because she is so young...maybe she doesn't understand how to brood. She doesn't even know she needs eggs under her!

    Young Silkie Pullet gone Broody

Hi everyone.... One of my 2 silkie pullets have gone broody. She is 6months old and just started laying last month. She laid about a dozen and a half eggs and now stopped. But she won't leave the nest! She hasn't laid in weeks (getting cold here in jersey) but refuses to get off. She is...

Very nice pens. I like the uniform pens vs. the different sizes.

Looking for Pictures of a Red Golden X Lady Amherst FEMALE

Sorry, I was unclear as to what i was looking for. I was looking for Lady amherst Red Golden Crosses (Females only). However, your birds are very nice looking. Your female amhersts have much longer tails than mine! Beautiful birds. Thanks for trying to help anyways!

Looking for Pictures of a Red Golden X Lady Amherst FEMALE

I am looking to produce a few males of this cross. They would not be sold as breeders. I work at a taxidermist and this particular hybrid goes for a lot of money. Iwas wondering of the females looked unique in any way, wondering if they would be valuable to taxidermy.
