My favorite Cinnamon Queen has frostbite on her toes. I have read that chickens adapt to walking without feet because of frostbite. I am giving her warm water with smashed berries in it to perk her up. Then I put Aloe Vera on her feet. If you think I need to do anything else please let me know...

I know that Golden comets are very nice if you spend time with them. We did that and ours will walk up And want attention.

She died this mornig.

One other chicken is lethargic. And She is having a hard time breathing like when your out in the cold and you sniffle it sounds like that.

Do you know any thing about frost bite?????? When all of this was going on she got some frost bite on her toes.

We found a vet and I probably am going to get her looked at. But all the sudden her poop turned brown/gray/green. I am putting aloe and 1 part peroxide and 3 part water on her feet. And she is limping less now thank you soooo much. =

Now she has frost bite. Should I have the heat lamp on her and have her in her own little area?.

My Dad thinks we should put her down because she can't walk. How do you cure ammonia burn if that's what it is.Thank you for your time helping me.
