    RIR maybe a roo

    Sneezing hen

    One of my domineckers started sneezing today, also their water was green today (it was fine yesterday) and their container had to be scrubbed. Could they be related or 2 separate issues? Any idea what could be wrong with her? She seems fine otherwise, just hot.

    4 Week Old Silkie: Roo or Pullet?

    I have a 5 week old silkie that appears to be losing feathers instead of growing them, any tips on why that would be happening? She was in a brooder with some other breeds but none picked on her (hopefully it’s a her, I’ve been saying that in hopes I don’t have a roo)

    New Babies :)

    I'm planning on integrating the chicks all together next week and then my next step is to put them in a large dog crate in my garage w/a heat lamp for cold nights. Then from there they will go to the coop.

    New Babies :)

    My coop is 8ft long 4ft wide with a heat lamp hooked up inside. The run is 18 ft long, 5 or 6 ft wide and covered on the top. I live in Oklahoma and our temp varies pretty drastically this time of year. This morning it was in the 30s and raining and then the sun came out and it was mid 50s.
