My BA has given me 2 eggs like that in the last 2 weeks. They were both double yolkers. Have yet to see a triple yolker from my girls.

I've seen people put them in a bucket with a lid and fill the bucket with CO2 (if you know anyone that homebrews or has CO2 tanks) then close the lid. They stop breathing quickly and its painless for the little guys.
