A thin grinding bit.. i drilled ahome with adrill bit that was smaller than the motor shaft. Then used a skinny needle grinding bit too slowly make the shape and size iwanted.. ileft it small enough that it is right in the motor shaft
Ok so my plastic piece i built didn't work. The plastic was too soft so the motor started turning and stripped out the hole. So i rebuilt it using Popsicle sticks. I cut two the size of my plastic piece then two smaller.. i super glued them together then used my dremel to shape them.. my thought...
I'm not sure yet. I just finished it. I've got it on in the incubator doing my 24hr setup.. if the temp holds them in going to load it up.. the plastic isn't really hard so i don't know if it will hold.. if not then I'll replace the plastic with a piece of popcicle stick.
