?? She's been running the yard

I have a 5 month old pullet who is acting peculiar this evening. I missed her throughout the afternoon and she shows up now with her head tucked into her body and is not eating and is just sitting around. I let them (7 all together) run in my good sized yard during the day. We do have some woods...
