If by some chance those are shamo's then they are not pure. Those chicks is how a normal thai chick would look like and not shamo's. Shamo's dont have the blk colorings going on into the feet. Their feet are 98% of the time just plain yellowish. I really do think you have thai chicks or crossed...
Since you started it at noon i would just say 1st day is the 22nd at noon thats 24hours. thats normally how i do it not to confuse myself unless i placed set it really late at night. So they should hatch roughly around 5/12 @ noon give or take.... Good luck
Whats your humidity readings? if your temp is good that's the next thing if they are not hatching. have you verified your readers are accurate there are too many horror stories about this.
Thanks Yinepu, I have my incubators in my lower level home in the bathroom.... i think if i run dry i'd get about 30-35 as well! gonna give it a shot and kick the typical 50% for 18days and 70-80last 3 days to the floor for now.
mbleily you have the same problem to I think I noticed in the thread if Im not wrong. I think they just put a cheap humidity digital gauge to make it look all fancy but really the only thing that works is the digital temp on it. But yes when I placed 2 even 3 different humidity gauges in there...
Jungleexplorer, wow i read this whole post... Im having the same issue just like you Im thinking im getting to much humidity too and they are drowning during lock down. What did you end up sticking with for your incubation and hatch humidity? The GQF humidity led gauge is garabage its 10%...
Well i think my problem was i wasn't monitoring the incubator with the right numbers and the GQF humidity gauge was 9-11% off which totally threw off my hatch so im feeling i may of gave to them to much moisture initially and with the low temps in the hatch they failed.
