I just hatched serama eggs. Only 1 made it to hatch time and that one got stuck zipping. I very carefully helped hatch it and it is now doing great. Not high enough! I used the Brinsea Mini Advanced and followed their instructions with filling up the wells over the divider but I think it was too dry before lockdown so it didn't raise it enough. Then lockdown was so long that the wells were running dry. Next time I am going to start...

You have a very young baby there and the colour of their cere doesn't develop until they mature. You may have to wait a couple of months to figure out what you have for certain. Thanks! I thought there was a good chance of that. I will have a bunch more to try to figure out but they are still too young at only 3 weeks old. I will post pics of them when they are a little older.

It really sounds like sunbathing to me. They look like they have been killed to me when they do it but as you rush over to check them they get up and give you a look like why did you disturb me!

I am in ca too and mine were shipped on Wed and arrived before 8 am on Friday. However, I am only about 30 minutes from LAX. I would still guess that they will be here on Friday for you too. Enjoy them and post lots of pics!
