I'm experiencing the same thing but mine are younger. My 22 week old Orpington laid her first egg on 8/12 then another one on 8/14. She has not laid another since then. She is acting okay and doesn't seem egg bound. I bought some oyster shell today to add to their kibble but other than that...

I have one Amber White and one Buff Orpington, both will be 4 weeks old tomorrow. Is it too soon to tell if they are both indeed pullets? I'm pretty sure they are but these are my first chickens. Thanks!!!

We are going to start building our coop in the next couple weeks. We decided to use the plastic pans that washer machines sit in and build them in so they slide out of the coop on each floor. I hope it works.

We chose the names Gertie, Olive and Esther. :)

I wondered the same thing. We found that one of our little ones loves red bell peppers. We will hold off on the snacks for a few more weeks. Thanks!
