Morning all!! I put up 9 turkeys this fall..the largest was 47lbs dressed. I made over 100 lbs of sausage..breakfast...Italian ...german..Polish..charizo..very wonderful stuff..I did add pork fat from my guinea hog that I saved..added great texture and the fat that was needed to keep the sausage...

Can some one tell me an easy way to sex these guys
