If you have a broody hen how long can she be off the nest before they are unviable? We did some cleaning in the room she was sitting and has sat on them intermittenly since yesterday.
We have a small horse property in town and have around 20 chickens with 8 newly hatched chicks. We have austrolps, americanas, a black silkie hen and a whote silkie rooster. We used to have a farm and raised Dorper Sheep. We have had chickens for the last 10 years.
