Where are saddle feathers located?

This hen (hopefully) is only 13 weeks but she has outgrown all the other chickens. Even the Rhode island reds that are 3 weeks older. I've done a ton of research to see if she is a he and I'm wondering what y'all think? I'm honestly on the fence with her. Also, any idea why her feet are so big...
