Not sure at all. I guess I should read the bag. I just ASSUME it fine becasue it’s chicken feed for laying hens. My bad. AND I just feed it as it is, no fermenting or water added. I will look into the fermenting.
Is mash better or just regular organic feed (crumble)? Thanks...
I switched to an organic mash and one of my girls got an impacted crop. Not sure if from the feed or just bad luck. Vet pulled out a few feathers but otherwise it was all corn from the mash. Was it bad luck? Or the feed?
