  • Hi I was wondering if you still had isbar chickens and sold chicks or hatching eggs? Or know of anyone that does? I'm in Nebraska and looking for someone close. Thanks

No I'm sorry I don't. They were kind of a disappointment to me and they weren't overly healthy. A problem with many import breeds. I know a couple of people who have them, but they aren't close to Nebraska. Trish44 here has them and but she is down by Winfield. I'll ask around and see who I can find that still raises them maybe closer to Nebraska
I haven't been on here for a while. It won't let me post. It will only let me start a conversation with certain members. Is this something new? Do you know?

No not that I know of. Are you using a phone or a different computer? You might check to see if you have pop up blocks or something set up that might keep the content from loading. Or maybe have your computer set to a high degree of safety that won't let stuff load. Wish I knew.
...Plinky the blind Brahma is in her own coop/run (and is the best layer this winter!). The other two are a Leghorn and RI Red, who if they could not accept new chicks would be kept separate. What do you have coming available? Thank you.
Hello Danz, as our three chickens approach 2 years of age, I'm thinking about getting 4 chicks this spring. I'm interested in, I think, Orpington, Sussex, Isbar. Good sized, friendly, colorful, decent layers, tolerate backyard chicken life (big run but not free range). to be continued..
Hi.. Danz.. I just wanted to tell you how i connected the two chemicals.. MMS and Oxine.. and the link for me..
was Chlorine Dioxide.. if you google the chlorine and mms.. //// or chlorine and Oxine.. I found it was the major component of both.. One in liquuid form and one in solid form.. which accounts for the name differences.
Pretty good stuff none the less.. thanks for the input.
    Debra..
