Tweeter is a black austrolorp! A pretty one too, she's at the top of the pecking order. Happy to hear that Moo Cow and the others are going to a nice and safe home Name are hard! I have a secret name stored up for the next time a get Buff Orpingtons, It's cheddar Tweeter got her name because she wouldn't shush on the way home from the tractor supply.

Yeah, i can relate. Somewhere i read that Buff orpingtons were really great layers, but NO ONE in my flock can beat Tweeter, who has been laying for 6 years now! And goes broody every year.. :\ I think there was a chicken named moo cow or something? i don't remember, it was some cute name Ohhh, I love silver laced wyandottes!
