We took some of the shell off where the air cell was cause it pipped but there was no progress. It's doing well! <3 Hoping it'll hatch soon

We moved the egg to the incubator & I'm hoping it'll hatch in 1-3 days! ❤

Guys!! I'm pretty sure I have a fertilized egg in my coop that my hen's been sitting on & there's a baby inside! I'm so happy!

Update...Now I think Teah is a boy. I will wait and see. I also got him a friend! I'll upload photos later. <3

Hey guys! I just got a new baby parakeet three days ago. I think she is a girl but I'm not positive. Her name is Teah! (Pronounced tay-uh)

Recently my hens were attacked by a hawk. It flew away with my Hennifer & injured Pipper. Took Pipper to vet & she's great now. RIP Hennifer

Caught the possum that dug a hole under the coop and killed one of the silkies. Poor thing, he'll be missed. Drove it far away to let it go.

Yesterday I got three baby silkies!! I'm so excited and I hope all of them survive.
