The Arau-ameraucana is a beautiful cross between an Araucana and an Ameraucana. Their ear tufts still exist but are more of a muff. They are generally docile but cocks can be aggressive. They come in a variety of colours but the most common is Wheaten. They have very small or absent wattles and a pea comb with 2 rows. Shanks are willow or slate, very rarely gypsy. They lay olive or very light blue eggs and don't have a lethal allele combination. Tail is short, beak is horn but may be willow.
