Pros: Good information in general, easy to read and a good resource for the newbie.
Cons: Slightly out of date wet bulb humidity information. Most don't use that method any longer and it can cause confusion as to form of measurements.

Tired of chicks from Hatcheries or the feed store. Why not raise and Hatch your own? Gail Damerow expertly shows the chicken-loving world how they can too hatch their own chicks like the breeders or the big time hatcheries. There was much information on starting whether you wanted to start hatching your own chicks, ducklings, goslings, poults, or keets it was there. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to begin in hatching and brooding and even to those who have done it for a while. When we were hatching our own eggs I found myself in that book for every answer I could find. From problems that arise from hatching to tips on how to candle. This is a go-to book for all your hatching needs.
