This is a great idea and I like the versatility and ease of the product, and the clips provide extra space, however, it is near impossible to get it clean because of its design. I just know there are areas that are not getting clean.
I use this in my cage in my coop for my rooster who need to be warm so he doesn’t get frostbite. It works great. Hangs easily but it gets dirty really easily and it’s super hard to clean. It fills nicely and empties well too.
I use this for my hospital cage. It hangs up and out of the way and has no footprint (does not use up cage floor space). Easy to fill by turning upside down to fill, and then upright it to hang. It is a gravity waterer. I would not use for more than one bird nor would I use this as a feeder. Love this waterer and highly recommend.
Cons: Hard to fill. It almost impossible to get the full amount of water into the container.
This feeder is the same design as the waterer. I purchased it as a waterer and it was a total waste of money. It's too small to be of any use except for 1 or 2 chickens. The design is so poor that it cannot be filled with either water or feed without spilling almost all of it. Total waster of money. I may try to use it to feed crushed eggshells back to my girls.
