Spraying it in your coop is fine. Spraying it in your yard is fine. Just don't spray it on your cat.

And is there egg withdrawl period?

Yes...you need to spray every bird ALL over and spray the entire coop. Respray everything weekly for a few weeks. No egg withdrawal. Lice are hard to get rid of so do not skimp on spraying weekly.

Should I lift their feathers when I spray or something like that? 3 or 4 weeks? And what about the run?
