Didn't take me long to get back into the house. Its only 80 but the humidity is 94% . I got a little weeding done, the feeders filled, and 1/2 the waterers cleaned and filled. Welcome to BYC! You have a gorgeous little flock. I would follow the advice above from @DobieLover You don't want to feed a layer feed because of your rooster. Too much calcium in a rooster's diet can cause gout and kidney failure. Sooner or later (probably sooner) those gals will want to hatch...- janiedoe

This chicken is not dead
I took my last ill one to the vet. She was euthanized and they sent her body for testing. The strains diagnosed were based on tumor growth and symptoms. I know that many people have mereks in their flock and symptoms are light. Some don't lose any flock members. I hope everything works out and...- janiedoe
