If you want to keep him I would try showing him you are boss.
Hold him down for few min, grab him by the legs and hold him upside down, peck him on the back of his neck. You can not just give in to him being a bully.

Thank all of you for the input. I will start being a less tolerant and peck on on the head when she does this. I also think pushing her away may help. maybe not hand them any more. I also like the idea off picking her up that way she know I am the big chicken in this yard.

Great info and I will try that next time and let her know I am not one of the other hens she can pick on. I will do the peck back to her and see if this helps. She was nice and sweet till she matured and now think she is the boss over me and the other hens.
