    Here's one of my girls back at 11 weeks old. Mine are the Silver variety. Now my girls are 26 weeks old and only just starting to develop combs now as they approach time to lay. One of my girls should lay any day now.

    Well, there you go! As a rule the breed doesn't love it. Mine seem to be starting to get a lot more cuddly. Sebrights really are cool , though!!

    The D'Uccles have a huge demand and are easy birds to keep and easy on the eyes. Beautiful varieties, very sweet temperament.     I have a secret plan... when I get large fowl chicks this year... if the Sebrights are still feather-plucking...they can go live with the large fowl!!! Ha! They will have less success with them, perhaps?!!
