So I'm trying to find out some numbers on chickens and egg laying. If a pullet lays it's first egg at 18-20 weeks, at what age do they start laying regularly? Would an 18 week old who has laid it's first egg lay another the next day? I would think not but someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

I have only ever kept hens with some roosters here and there but I have been offered a bunch of free male chicks. Currently I have no chickens and have been itching to get back into keeping chickens anyway. Is it possible to keep only roosters? 20 or more say all together with no hens?
