Pretty broody. I had 5 of them that went broody this past summer, and I live out here in the Arizona desert.

I think the reason why they leave the rat teeth is because rat's have serrated edges on their teeth.

Some breed's are like that. They will lay for a couple of day's in a row, and then take day. Then you have other's that will lay one every other day.

Were they double and triple yolk egg's?

When I have too many egg's sometimes, I boil some up and then I crush them eggshell's and all and then mix it in some wet feed for them.

I didn't know that the Sussex come in the buff color also.
