Bump, normal or not so much?

If it's on the back of the neck area, normal. They have a little fluid build up there to help swing their head and hatch.

Yet another silkie gender guessing game (10 weeks)

The streamers are what makes me think cockerel, although it could just be awkward teenage feathering. Also comb seems to be pinking up.

    Disabled chicken laying eggs?

I watched way too many videos last night of chickens laying eggs. 😆 I stand corrected. I haven't seen too many emerge in person. Mostly just the prep before. I would still think she'd be able to adapt to lay if she's otherwise healthy.

Two 6 month+ old hens crowing and not laying!

Roosters crowing bother me way less than dogs barking all night. I never get why people are ok with one but not the other. I hope your two guys behave themselves and live a long happy life with you. My guys don't crow when I'm standing by them either. Usually they'll start up with each other or...

Two 6 month+ old hens crowing and not laying!

I live in a rural area, so don't know much about those collars. You can do a search on here though. There's been a lot of discussions on it.

Two 6 month+ old hens crowing and not laying!

They should be fine. Several people on here keep bachelor pads without problems. Of course, every chicken has their own ideas in their tiny brains, but you should notice if a problem develops.

Two 6 month+ old hens crowing and not laying!

Yes normal pecking order behavior. Even young chicks will do it. It's when they keep going at each other and draw blood that it's a problem.

Two 6 month+ old hens crowing and not laying!

You don't have to get more chickens. The 2 boys will get along ok without a female in the mix. It's when you add females that fighting will start. If you want hens for eggs, keep them out of sight of the boys and you'll be ok. Or get rid of one male. You can have 3 or 4 females to a male, you...

Two 6 month+ old hens crowing and not laying!

As for the black, everything about him says male. Saddle, sickle, hackle feathers. Rust on wing. Crowing.

Two 6 month+ old hens crowing and not laying!

They are definitely male. White one has male saddle feathers and those rusty colored splashes on the wings also say male.

    Very much both cockerels.

    SILKIE GENDER?!

I'm going against the grain and saying pullet. I don't see streamers and can usually see some male feathering by that age. Plus my males have much more developed combs.

What gender is this 9 week old chick

Look like a pullet and a mix of some sort.

    Disabled chicken laying eggs?

She'll be able to lay eggs. They squat or sit down when they lay usually. No special positions.

Is it moving on its own or bobbing around when you move the egg? Do you see good veins?
