Im tending to agree about the roosters wanting attention! I have 9 and they are keeping me busy. Personable and talkative. They ALL like being sung to (boys and girls). All just stop turn their heads and listen. So special. I dont get rid of roosters either. I like them all.

8 degrees F, feels like -7 w wind chill 11pm southern NH. Got them all bundled up in there; no wind getting in, plenty of straw and sweeter heaters. Good ventilation too. Ive had just about enough of this long stretch of cold i will say.
