If it feels like it has fluid in it, & if you can hold her still, you might try a warm compress a couple of times a day for 10 minutes at a time....
I'm not insulted, but I do enjoy my roosters just as much as my hens. They are funny and have a lot of personality just like the hens....

Unless you confine her to the tote somehow (maybe with some plastic garden fencing) she may just go back to the nest & let the eggs get cold.
