Wait! It’s jist resting and can take up to 48hrs before you see any progress. Sometimes it will make a second pip after several hrs but not always.
If it’s possible I would add some warm water to up the humidity to at lest 60%. It can take up to 48 hr before it makes any progress.

Leave it! If you’re really concerned try and take the piece off without opening the lid! A pip doesn’t need to be very big at all to hatch....
Use a bright flashlight(or phone light) and hold it up to the egg in a dark room. Depending on how far along they are you should be able to see...
Red comb, slow tail growth. hens would still have black combs by now.
