I would at least try powering off your router, leave it down for 5 minutes, and power it back on again.
That's the same as before, and your IPAD still thinks your IP is 127.0.0.1
It's not blocked though, because ALL requests to BYC have to go through Cloudflare. If it was down, it would be down for everyone.
That request never hit our server. I've opened a ticket with Cloudflare to see if they can assist / suggest anything.
