just try to remember what you adjusted you will need it as the weather changes i use other settings for hot and other for cold weather

Right i have 6 goose eggs on day 9 and i can see veins (the normal spider web look)
0.1 accuracy means that if say the real temp is 37.8 it may read 37.7 or 37.9
the only thing i recommend is to check or replace the battery when you receive it

Too high temperatures in summer may create problems
last summer it was so hot that my incubator cook the eggs only from the heat created
