    Processor left necks on

    Dropped off a crate of roosters for processing. Just picked up the bagged and vacuum sealed whole birds and noticed that the necks were not removed. Is this a common practice? Never sent birds for processing before. Wayne

    Not mine, but if this winter is like past ones, there will be some reported here soon. This is just a reminder to take a look at your coop or run now, before the heavy, wet snow settles on the roof and starts the slow, crushing trip to the ground.     New Zealand Rabbits in Maine, NH, VT, MA or Eastern NY?

    I'm looking for a trio of NZ breeders for meat production. I travel frequently between Western Maine and Albany NY. Anyone know of breeders in the general travel path? Any help would be, well, helpful. Thanks! Wayne
