I have researched those 2, some of the symptoms he has but a lot he doesn't. If it were brain injury what are the odds of him recovering? Thanks again.
I am going to try the higher dosage, would it hurt to give the b complex vitamin with the poly and vit e? I have heard to give selenium to help absorb the vit e. I can get some of that also. I did hear something about giving fish oil?? Any thoughts on that?? Thank you all so much for the help...
I have been giving the poly and vit e for 2.5 weeks so hopefully upping the dose helps him. I feel so bad he just sits with his head between his legs. He has also been eating scrambled eggs a lot. Thank you for your help!!!

They are all in with roosters. I have had them hatch eggs before but I have never had every hen not lay for 6 weeks, they dont sit in the nest boxes like they are broody. I'm just confused as to why it's been so long with no eggs?
I have 17 silkies hens. They are all separated by color, (splash, paint, white, black, and buff) I was getting eggs out of every pen about every other day to every couple days. For the last 6 weeks I have got one egg out of the black pen and one out of the white pen. They eat a layena/cracked...
Just went through the whole maggot deal with one of my roo's. I did the SWAT and I would recommend flushing it with a betadine/water mixture. That will kill any bacteria that is lingering in the wound. Hope she is doing okay.
