There are no other breeds with this flock. She just does BBB. Is this what Royal Palms look like as poults?

Lady nearby hatches out eggs from a lady who sells BBB hatching eggs. I guess once awhile one of these hatches out. I had to have it. So pretty. Is this just a sport? Are they a breed? The breeding group has no white birds. Any info guys? It's 8 weeks old.
