one of my 5 month old pullets (shes a sussex) has discharge coming from her nose. its sometimes clear and sometimes black. she does peck at lost of mushy things (moss , slime ect) but she dosnt wipe her beak like the others. i noticed that my eldest hen is just starting to do it. should i worry??

there was no need to quarantine as i got all my hens from the same place and i know she has no diseases or anything. i did introduce them slowly though. they are still establishing the pecking order but are getting better. after just a week the new girls are getting very tame.
