I have some millies from Ralph, you don't have to worry about vulture hocks... they will grow out of it. I have had cochins (not Ralphs, I got those in May) for many years, and the little ones always look like they have vulture hocks. I am getting some with what appears to be a slight wry tail...

The body type of a cochin is very different. The legs are farther apart and they walk funny, they have much more 'fluff', especially above the saddle area, their tail feathers are limp, they are short and rounded. They have a lot more feathers on their legs. A good cochin looks like a pompom...

How about you cut a long rubber band in half and just tie it tight? That should have the same effect as the rubber band, without having to go over the wing feathers. She should be fine without wings, though a bit colder than the other chickens. I will bet she develops arnold swartzaneger legs...
