    THANKS! yes that has cleared it up. so marans, orpingtons, plymouth rocks, wyandottes and sussexs all come in bantom form. thats all i need to know also these breeds good starters?

    ok i am very confused now. can someone just explain the bantam/chicken difference??? i understand they are smaller but are they completely different because it seems that every breed/type of chicken is a bantam also. im just really confused, could someone try and explain it to me thanks

    ok well i just measured the area of grass in our back garden and it measures approximately 20' x 11.5' is this ok for possible future chicken family members also half of our grass area could also be leaving us to make way for a pond so would half of the given measurements be ok or too small...
