ok, hope I did the right thing...I had 2 hens hatch out 2 eggs each of BCMs, and then I hatched 4 in my incubator. Gave the 4 to the Cochin hen as the buff pecked the new babies. The Buff Orp is extremely possessive and has pecked me in the face...she will get so upset she will scare her 2...

Another 2 chicks, all yellow? and went and checked my broodies and felt horrible when I lifted up Meanee to find another chicked hatched she had a fit and Im hoping didnt trample it. Should have left her alone.....hoping to give her the chicks i have in the house, The other broody nothing but...

I have 2 new babies in the bator, but these are BCM and they are yellow? One has some black down its back...the one my Broody has is all black...Im a tad confused but that can be normal, congrats to everyone, I have more to go, fingers crossed for everyone!!

My broody Meanee hatched out a beautiful BCM baby, 4 more eggs under her, nothing going on under my Whitie broodie, and have 2 pips still and eggs rocking in the house....Today is day 21 for me...waiting sucks.........

Well mine is set at 70 and hoping its not to high, had a dry 18 days...they were moving in their eggs yesterday and now nothing......hoping for something today at its day 21. Crossing my fingers!!!!!

Well after the bator got knocked over one of the eggs that had gotten cracked is MOVING!!! I am so excited that they might be ok!! No pips but movement!!

I replyed to the wrong thread.....Anyway Set eggs on the 1st and went into lockdown tonight and had the cat knocked everything over. 3 eggs cracked, and they were cold for a bit, Im so sad....my oldest grabbed one and started peeling the shell (not happy with that) so that one had a live baby...

Set eggs on May 1, and went into lockdown and had the cat knock over my bater.....3 eggs cracked and temp was down for a while...Im devestated.......put them back in and will hope.....they are Black Copper Marans
