Just about done with the chicken mash...now what?

My big bag of chicken mash is just about done. My chickens are 20 weeks old and not laying yet. Can I move over to the laying pellets or should I just buy another bag of mash? I mean what if they start laying in a couple of weeks. I'd have a 3 mo. supply of mash left. thanks guys.

    When Full Grown??

So I have a 6 week old Black Australorp pullet and a 6 week old Red Cochin pullet that I got as chicks. At what age do you think they will reach their adult height and weight? As far as I know Australorps mature faster but as of now they are the same size.

Um...5 minutes outside and panting hard.

I'm a new egg with 1 australorp and 1 red cochin. They are 2 weeks old and i just put them outside for only 5 minutes. They ran for shade and started panting hard core. They are inside now and still panting... no need to think they hate the outdoors do I?
