he is seperated. He is sleeping in a cardboard box at night and i fenced off a little space for him in the yard. Although he has to go, I wont mis treat him, I will eat him when he's gone, but will treat him as a living thing till then! I may start calling him waffles tomorrow!
Oh the rooster has a date with the chicken dressing place down the road. He is aggressive toward my granddaughter who lives with us and this is the last straw, he's gotta go! I wont have him hurting the kids or the hens!
I think this roo is going to have to go. He attacks the granddaughter & grandson routinely. Our 5 yr old granddaughter is afraid to go in the yard. Our 13 yr old grandson wont go out without something to fend him off. I think its time for him to get set next to some waffles!

The first of my 15 eggs just pipped. A couple more are starting to shake a little. Havent done this since I was a kid and my mom would incubate eggs in a wooden box with a light bulb. The grandchildren are full of excitement. This is pretty cool.
