Although, I should have seen it coming, about a week before they were killed I found a hole, I had assumed it was an echidna hole as we've gotton a few of those lately, and I covered it in so the horses would get caught and break their leg. We are going to get a dog soon so hopefully that will...

introducing 3, 2 week old ducklings to mother ducks?

Quote: They are doing really well, they have enough water to swim now so they've really cleaned themselves up, the diareoh has gone (I emptied the packet of canary mix onto the grass for the wild birds, what else is it good for?) and they are always looking forward to their tomato, cucumber...

Quote: Aww, that would be nice to see. Lucky ducks... To answer your question, no, I don't have geese, I'd like to but I'm trying to cut down on animals, when you add it up taking care of them costs a fair bit, especially for all the treats they get... I have 2 horses, 2 ducks with their 2...

Quote: Yes, that's what I do when someone is looking into ducks, I tell them everything that can go wrong and how to prevent it and then they are turned off ducks, but ducks are amazing! And no matter what pet you get there are always going to be downsides. Like when parents make you take...

I tried, I brought them home and left them in the milk carton I think it is they were in, the they were hissing at the ducks which then they hissed back and tried on a few occasion to put their heads through the holes and grab at their neck... Better mothers when raised naturally?

Quote: The mums would leave their head out of the coop and watch the ducklings so the ducklings would try to walk through the pen, but when the ducks came more out of the wooden hutch the ducklings would find their way back in... Also the girls haven't been laying eggs since hatching Popcorn...
