Built a new nest box that is attached to outside of coop and they of course enter from inside and I lift roof on outside to get eggs. Well long story short they are now laying on the coop floor for the last two months, they refuse to use new nest box lol. So any ideas on how to entice them to...

I am so mad right now!!! They cut the power, cable and phone lines oh and even the power to the sprinkler system! They cut the alarm system yanked the panels out of the wall and then stole about 29k worth of electronics jewelery and stuff!!! Oh they even took my 300 lb safe out of my back...
Well the wife and I were out yesterday till late so the coop did not get closed up. The run was shut. Sometime yesterday or last night coyotes dug under the fence and got all of em. Lost 9 rhode island reds that were great layers!. Learned a lesson. Bought electric fencing this morning and...
I had a hen escape while I was working on the run, she is deep in the blackberry bushes no way to get to her. I locked up the rest of the chickens in the coop and have left the run door open. I hope she will at least make it back to the run so I can catch her... Stupid chicken!!!
