it does not seem to be that they are malpositioned.when candling I can see that there are pip marks on the shell where the air cell is aswell as where there are still veins(which is not normal)however when I made a hole in the shell where the air cell is I could see that the chicks did not break...
can someone tell me why eggs are pipping the outer shell without pipping internally?Normally they would break their beak into the aircell and then they start pipping the outer shell.But now in this new incubator chicks are managing to start pipping the outer shell without breaking into the aircell.
It could be that they are a mix.To tell you the truth I have acquired these eggs to try the incubator and if my father`s friend is right they have originated from a breeder that exhibits his chickens in shows.
