Found this available at a nearby farm supply. As it would be for off label use they cannot legally give any dosing information. Has anyone used this particular product and if so, do you know the correct dosing?

If all of your bird are behaving pretty well normally, I wouldn't worry about it! There are a huge variety of poop colours, consistency, etc., that are all perfectly normal and healthy. That one wouldn't worry me at all :)

Did your vet perform a fecal float? Could be that she just has a weaker immune system and a heavy parasite load. A broad spectrum womer might be a good idea if you haven't wormed them recently.

How many birds do you have? How old? How many hours of daylight are you getting? Do they appear otherwise healthy?

Perfect thank you! The only other thing Im not sure about is whether to do a follow up dose. The packaging and company website do not mention any but I would think that you would want to dose twice to interrupt the life cycle...would that be the case? An if so, how long between doses?

Well now that you got me thinking that way I read the info on dosing all animals and under the swine area it noted that 1 tsp = 4g soooo if I'm calculating this correctly it should be 100tsp to 320L of water and therefore 1 tsp to each 3.2L of water correct?

As long as your certain that she isn't injured I would just give her time, and treats of course :) Sitting where she can see you with a book or whatever might not be a bad idea either. Eventually she'll remember that your not a threat.

Is the eye that wouldn't open swollen? Is there any discharge from the eye? How do the remaining birds in your flock seem? Are they laying well, eating and drinking normally? Any sneezing or coughing?
