I have some chocolates in my incubator right now! Good development so far and I can't say easy or hard until they hatch but so far so good. Turkey eggs in general I have an easy time hatching so I'm hoping mine do good. I wish you luck and hope to see pics of your success!
Sounds like who ever purely drops ships from is a decent breeder. I ordered 4 of each hoping to get at least a pair hopefully more females then males lol I'm really looking forward to see what the pencils will end up looking like from them
I ordered early got snowys, pastel, pincled. How was the quality of the birds? I was also wondering where they were shipped from? Sounds like they ship good for you. Purely poultry has been great to me so far so no complaints yet!
I have a little giant with the digital heat control it works great so far. I got it brand new for $140 it came with the egg turner. I bought a couple humidity and temp meters to know exactly where I'm at. It hasn't missed a beat yet and so far out of 42 eggs 8 were infertile the rest looks...
I'm sure she's not going to be happy but after a while she's will get over it. I think it's easier to hatch them myself or let her raise them tell they are feathered out and ready to move on.
That question is up to you. Do you plan on hatching them and getting rid of them asap? They don't need there parents to live. You can take them away and brood them yourself to acclimate them to humans. I like to leave them for a couple weeks if it's safe to do. I like the momma to feel like she...
I called them and they said you can pre order any time. I just didn't want $300 out of my account for months. So if you really want to put your order in now call them.
Great looking cat and I think you did the best thing! A animal acting like that and taking down goats and calves is kinda scary. I'd expect that out of a big cat but not a bobcat. Well save your animals and a trophy all in one nite!
I would get the better hova bator or little giant (which I have) and they usually come with the egg turners. Then go get a couple thermomaters and humidity meters and your set. I have the little giant with the digital screen so u can adjust your temp it's not accurate but my meters I put in...
Those are great for temp. This one is battery powered you put it in on top of the eggs and look to see where your at. I got it off amazon it's called the gqf item 3520. It's worked great for me and for $20 you can't beat it
I got the gfq digital temp/humidity and it works great! I started with 42 eggs 8 were un fertile the rest are looking great. I'm 7 days away from lockdown so I hope it ends as good as it started.
